Since premiering in March of 2020, the goal of DRIVE FACEBOOK LIVE was to help shop owners. When the pandemic first began, DRIVE saw a real need for getting practical and unbiased information to shop owners quickly. Not just DRIVE clients, but any shop owner.

Co-hosted by DRIVE's Chris Scully and David Saline, the half-hour show started with that aim and has now broadcast over 140 episodes with over 100,000 views on FACEBOOK LIVE. Topics covered have always been, and will continue to be, practical information that can be implemented in a shop that day. Areas discussed have been both geared specifically to the pandemic situation such as the Paycheck Protection Program and key marketing actions needed, but have also addressed issues any shop owner needs to know at any time such as training methods, policies and procedures, employee management and all management areas of running a shop.

Shop owners are frequent guests of Chris and David, sharing successes and what works for their business. This has been a benefit to all viewers, no matter the specific status of a shop. Knowing that what you're going through as a business owner is something that other shop owners have experienced is a key element of this successful show.

“Hearing from shop owners about what has worked for them during this past year is beneficial to all viewers. Having a practical stamp on all shop owner issues is useful to anyone,” says Chris Scully.

Guests have included shop owners but also leaders from the finance and technology sectors of the auto aftermarket industry and expert advice about employee management. All with the objective of getting the most up-to-date and useful information directly to shop owners.

DRIVE FACEBOOK LIVE will continue to help shop owners be it collision, truck or general repair. “I always look forward to talking to shop owners and hearing their success stories,” says David Saline. “It's always inspirational to me and Chris...and more importantly, the shop owners watching,” David adds.
